    Im converting a garage to a commercial kitchen and might need 3 phase power in it and im wondering is this possible..? and how big of a job is it..?

    It is possible.
    How big a job it is depends on how close you are to the nearest 3 phase transformer, so it is impossible to say.

    The ESB may have a standard charge for this so it is owrth giving them a call.
