    Hi Everyone I'm posting this in a few forums so if you see it twice please don't shout at me!

    I'm a member of the Arts in Action programme http://www.nuigalway.ie/arts/artsinaction.html at NUIG and I've been given the task of sourcing a LARGE list of instruments for a concert that will be playing in the Uni. These guys http://www.gattomarte.com/index.html have asked us to source instruments for the night for them.
    The list is :

    -One keyboard with the sound of a the harpsichord or a real harpsichord (for the percussionist).

    -One full drum kit is it possible to request a jazz drum kit (ideally 18" bass drum, 12" and 14" toms, with single ply coated drum heads on with minimal muffling to the bass drum) Not a big rock kit. No sticks required.

    -One xylophone

    -One vibraphone

    -castanets ( a pair on its support)

    (for the woodwind player)

    -one sax alto

    -one sax tenor

    (for the guitar player)

    -One acoustic guitar

    -One electric guitar

    -One amplifier (for the bass player)

    -One double bass

    -One banjo 5 strings in G

    -One bass drum with pedal (small one ok)

    -One Hi-hat

    -One extra bass drum pedal (to go with woodblock which I'll take with me)

    -One tambourine without skin

    I believe that the double bass, banjo, guitar and the piano are sourced but the hunt is on for the rest.

    If you would donate your instrument for the evening extreme care would be taken with it! Also a free ticket/s may be availble for you to enjoy the concert!!
