So,own up,what's the best "pretend" car you ever owned?I tried to convince a lady back in college I was the owner of a lovely Sierra Cosworth but she wasn't having any of it.I was pretty drunk at the time though.

I had a red escort xr3 years ago lovely car I pulled up at lights on the Dublin rd in limerick and a mini pulled up beside me reving and making all the signs that he wanted to take me on so I gave him the thumbs up the lights turned green and the little sh1t was half a mile down the road before I blinked:) discovered later he had a rally engine in it and he knew how to drive it

I remember telling people I has a classic Austin Maxi.

Whenever they replied "wow an Aston like James Bond" I never bothered to reply and just agreed and said yes its got a big chrome grille like the old cars do
