hi. im just wondering before my builder starts, about insulation and screed depths. i have a shutered concrete basement (no heating required in basement) and on top 8 inch hollow core slab and am now ready for a builder. so im just wondering what depth of insulation and screed i should use. there will also be another floor on top of this with 6inch slab. i intend to install underfloor heating with geotherm ,

    thanks for any help..,

It is usually 80 to 100mm kingspan or equivalent and the underfloor supplier would have specs on depth of screed for there system.
