Recommendations for insulating ceiling/attic?

    Hi all,

    I'm looking for recommendations on how to insulate the ceiling/attic in renovation project. Original ceiling taken out at early stages.

    Some are suggesting using insulated slab for the ceiling? Is this recommended? Any specific recommendations welcome.

    UFH with heatpump & drylining if thats relevant.
