I have tried the usual, Jack & Jill etc. however they said they only want original toner cartridges. Where can I sell or donate used refilled toner cartridges?

Inkjet.ie used to give €1 credit for each returned inkjet cartridge towards a new order - not sure if this is still the case. This €1 helps when inkjet.ie's remanufactured/spurious cartridges cost from €5 upwards. Hope this helps. I'm not affiliated with them, BTW.

I bought 6 cartridges from inkjet.ie. the only problem was that 3 of them were the incorrect cartridges, and of course the only way i could solve the problem was to post them back to inkjet.ie. I never bothered as the cost and hassle involved put me off, but I'll not buy from them again.
