importing contacts from Ovi to Iphone 4

Hi Folks,

I hope I am in the right place, I have looked elsewhere but can not find an answer.
I uploaded all my contacts to my OVI account, and hoped to be able to just import those contacts into my Itunes account, Haaaaaaaa If only it were that simple (or maybe it is)!!!!

Can anyone tell me if it is possible to do this, I will not be remotely offended if you need to tell me I am thick and it's just a case of pressing button A & B, but any help would be very welcome....

You should be able to export them to your contacts in windows 7, and after that, you can import them in itunes.
