The 1.3L Endura-E engines were long gone in the Fiesta by 2002.

    I'm assuming it's a 1.25L Zetec.

    Disappointed with ye:(

It was still around with the newer 1.25 zetec engine for a short while. sure the dogs in the street know that:p

*EDIT or they came back in 2003, could be 2002. Not 100% on that....

I don't believe it was in any 02 models but you are correct it did come back for a short while.

Certainly wasn't in the out going 02 model but maybe in the newer model which also went on sale that year.

Ignition coil I'd say, these don't take water on the heads like the focus. I never seen a fuel pump fail in these but ya can't eliminate it just yet. I would get it scanned first. It could be something as simple as a spark plug or a HT lead.

Is there Petrol in it ?

If it's chugging wouldn't that be either too little or way too much fuel? If it was an ignition problem wouldn't there be no chug? Only times I've encountered a car chugging and not starting it was either fuel pump, blocked fuel filter that wouldn't prime enough or a flooded car.

    Only saying like :pac:
