Cracks on the Corner of Mouth

I have been getting these for the past year now. Sometimes they may go away for a while, only to return a couple of weeks/months later. They are very annoying, sore when I try to eat (especially something like a sandwich), look awful and make it awkward to shave that area of my face. I'm just curious to know did anybody…

I'm just curious to know did anybody here ever have these and if so what did they do to treat it. I've tried Zovirax and Cymex creams and both appear to be useless.

these can be due to a number of medical conditions, so speak to your gp
