    Hey lads,

Do people think that a couple of short cardio workouts per day would be better than one long stint to build fitness and lose weight ?

I currently ride to work 20 mins e/w ( 8 km ) 4 -5 days a week and do 12 mins of intervals on a rower 3 times per week also after a weights work out.

Every second week I also get to ride about 3 hrs over the mountains.

I am finding it difficult to come up with the time to do any sort of long sessions in the eves though.

I hope to take part in the Duathlons in the park come May - but this is really all the time I have to train for it.

    thanks
