    Hi All,

Going to cook pork chops tonight, just wondering if anyone has any ideas for a twist to them?
Was thinking maybe something asian/oriental and serve with noodles?

    Any ideas welcome!

    Thanks

You could shred them - (shouder chops are better as tehy have more fat in them) - and serve with fried rice (or noodles)

You have to marinate them though for a few hours though if you can:

    Tomato paste
    Oil
    Mushed Garlic and Ginger
    Soy sauce
    sugar
    5 spice
    chilli power

Mix the above into a wet paste and rub into the pork - leave for as long as you can.

Grill the pork till it is almost black - loads of char = loads of flavour.
Shred finley and serve with frired rice.

OR Just serve as chops, dont bother shredding
