Trigger Point Foam Roller

I only bought Mrs ThisRegard one Monday on the basis of reading various things about it, some around here. I intend to use it myself too, had a quick go earlier on a twinge I had on my back this morning after a session last night and to my surprise it eased it quite quickly.

Apart from that I've only messed around with it on the various leg muscles so far but I do notice tight knots etc around the place so I intend to work on them as the days go by. It will be sore but so is a good sports massage.

I have a trigger point roller and find it gives better release than a standard foam roller. I think it is the effect of the 'knuckles' that make it feel more like a massage than an ironing of the knots.

There is loads of information on the trigger point website with videos explaining the different means of releasing the muscles and ligaments
