Windows 7 Update?

    I'm currently working part time for a company..they use windows 7 enterprise edition on a MAK.. I'm currently using windows 7 home premium on my laptop. since i am working for the company am i legally allowed to "update" to windows 7 enterprise on my laptop using their MAK? i am using the laptop as part of my job...it's not really that i need to i'm just wondering if i can do it?

    I'm pretty sure the Home Use Program only applies to MS Office, and only if your employer is signed up to it and only while you remain in their employment.

    Microsoft have always been restrictive on OS licenses, getting to the stage that for Vista you were only allowed to install it on one Partition on one hard drive in one machine, nevermind another drive or another machine , kinda sucked if you wanted to dual boot into a clean copy for disaster recovery.

    home and student copies of office also have limitations

    Check the license with the guys at work, they may not know the answer as microsoft offer 3 day licensing courses to resellers whose job it is to already know about licenses. (yes they can be that bizzare)
