BBC4 tech problem on Sky

I used to get BBC4 no problem as it was in my "other channels" list but for the last three weeks I've been getting a "technical fault with this channel" message.
I deleted BBC4 from the other channels list in an effort to relist it and maybe solve this prob but now when I go into services/systemsetup/add channels and enter the necessary 10.773/H/22/5/6 theres no BBC4 in the available channels list.

    Can anyone help?

    Brian

    You're a star...thank you so much.

Is there any way to get foreign channels such as german channels?

yep but like the way pubs get the Scando channels you'll need a much bigger dish to pick them up

I live in a apartment block with a shared dish, is there any chance I can get other stations in particular, German ones

I have a similar problem trying to get BBC4 on my sky box. I get 'technical fault with this channel' even when I added it with the 10.803 frequency - any idea why?

Not on a shared dish if you are getting Freesat/Sky.

    nope.

have you tried removing the channels , rebooting the box and adding them again?
