    A not-great photo of insides is attached. Does this look at all like I could fit standard parts in it? It's a push button flush, with the buttons on the top.

    There seem to be two problems. The water continues running into the tank when it is full, and it doesn't flush when you press the button.

    There is plenty of access so yes you can fit parts in. Although its metric fittings you will need. I am prity sure b&q do metric fittings.

    The first problem is most likely dirt in the ball valve. The second problem is most likely your clutch cable has come undone but I would not know unless I saw it.
