Is there an app to record signal strength?

Basically I'm looking for an app that will periodically check and record my signal strength. So after a few days/week I can view the results and it will show me the signal strength against a time/date.

I'm having some signal issues with 3 and I'd like to be able to show them that my signal is great 9-5 (in work) but brutal in the evenings.

Any similar apps would be apprecited also.

Haven't heard of an app that records signal strenght but there is an app called No Signal alert and this keeps a log (time and date) of everytime your signal drops and when it is restored.

Unless you work from home, and are in the same location in the evening, recording strength against time is not very useful.
Would it be true to say that reception in your workplace is always good,
and reception in your home is always bad?
It's far more likely that you just live in a poor reception area.
    All networks have them.

Check your locations with the map you can find at www.siteviewer.ie
It's not 100% up to date, but it can give you a good idea of who gives the best service in your area.

this is a great app, its a customisable widget

    few functions:
    mobile signal strength,
    battery,
    internal & external shortage,
    wifi,gps etc switch

    another note,

you can get the widget to refresh every 10secs etc up to an hour

I've been using it for a while and its brilliant, haven't noticed that much of a difference with my battery life, still getting 2-2.5 days. HTC Legend

No elixir doesn't keep a log or report of signal strength but squared in post two mentioned "No Signal Alert" in the app market, should do what your looking for as it has a logbook for when signal is lost/returned
