how much is my car worth with a blowen engine

Hi i have a 02 focus for sale needs an engine it is driveing but it is knocking the rest of the car is great not a mark on the body new breakes very clean car ive been made an offer and was told can be picked up tonight not sure if i should take the offer or hold out for more as the car is only up for sale about an hour

How much do you guys think a 02 focus 1.6 petrol is worth that needs an engine ive priced an engine up north at 300

He is going to ring me back later and i told him i would let him no what to do

if you can get an engine for 300, and fit it for a similar amount do that.

otherwise the whole rest of the car is worth 300 at the very most.

Ive goten an offer of 500 but i was hopeing for more i would fix it my self but i would be planing on selling it even if i got it fixed as i need a diesel

Should i just hold on to it fix it up then sell it or just take the 500 i was hopeing for more do you guys think i should just hold out for at least 600
