Moving to Spain, where to live?

Hi all, have been offered some work in Spain (in Granada) and am looking for somewhere to live - probably rental to start with but could buy if cheap enough. Anyone done similar and got advice or know any good places to start looking?

Stay in Spain and commute to Granada -- much cheaper!
