Booking flights with for June, but passport expires next month?

Am going to book flights for june, but my passport expires next month. On the airasia website, I have to give my passport details including passport number.

If I give them my current passport number, and I get a new one(which I will have to)...will I get a different passport number or will I be issued with the current one again??

Need info on this asap guys!

You defo get a new Passport number for a new Passport.

It depends on the destination. If it is Spain then make sure you have the correct number.

Sound so. I'll just have to wait and book when I get renewed one. Here, I don't want to send them my current one as I would like to keep it because I've so many stamps on it from the past 10 months....is it possible to do this for a renewel or do I have to apply and pretend I "lost" it?

Apply for a new one now (you don't have to wait for it to expire).

They send your old passport back to you.
