    Hi,

I recently applied for JSA and had an interview with a woman about it. She asked where I was living and I said with my gf , she said that this would affect my payment, she asked for my gf's payslip etc. Anyway im now only receiving €18 a week in payment. I have only been living with my gf a short while and we both pay our rent and bills etc split between us. I can't afford anything now, my gf is only on minimum wage in a shop. A lot of ppl have told me I should go back and say we've split up and just carry on living together then , I don't know what to do but I can't carry on like this? Any ideas ?

if I understand the question, you're asking if its a good idea to lie in order to defraud the government?

    I would say no.
