Sorry if this has been brought up already but my mind boggles as to why Anglo has made an agreement with David Drumm which effectively enables him to destroy key documents that could be used against him in a criminal investigation in Ireland??

    http://businessandleadership.com/leadership/item/27744-gardai-may-be-denied-access/
Disgraced banker David Drumm has secured a legal agreement which will prevent Gardaí from accessing confidential documents regarding his finances.

The Irish Independent has reported this morning that Drumm’s documents, which will be revealed in the US shortly, cannot be used as part of any other proceedings.

The documents will be disclosed and used in his ongoing bankruptcy case in Boston. However, the former Anglo chief has secured a deal with the bank which will block the use of the documents in any other hearing or investigation.

According to the newspaper, Drumm and Anglo agreed to the terms of a “protective order” over month-long negotiations.

As part of the agreement, Anglo is not allowed hand the documents over to the Gardaí or the Office of the Director of Corporate Enforcement (ODCE).

However, there is a possibility that court orders could be obtained to see the documents if they are not destroyed after the bankruptcy case. The destruction of the files is allowed for under the new agreement.

Quite a simple way to solve this mystery, pick A,B or C:

    A) Someone here is corrupt as fúck (actually this isn't an option it's a given fact)

    B) This is just another massive failure of our legal system

    C) Both

The US has been big into Extrodinary Rendition

    Send in the Rangers

Considering how many people will die prematurely here because of cuts in the health budget and road improvement, it would be worth frightening them http://xkcd.com/538/

Do we have an agreement with the US to respect each others banktruptancy laws ?? if not then crucify him again , and anyone who has accepted presents from him after it was public knowledge that he had debts

We do have laws on tax evasion, and it's up to the revenue to decide if a transaction is real or only there to avoid tax
