Does anybody know of a nice 8-10mile running route near Belfast city centre?

I used to run along the Lagan towards Lisburn during the summer but i imagine it is very dark this time of year.

I have looked at Garmin-connect for potential routes to no avail.

    Thanks in advance.

PS: Can't wait to spend a fortune in the Decathlon store tomorrow:D

Have you tried mapmyrun? Might find a few routes there?

Up the along the Antrim road to Cavehill used be a favourite of mine when I lived there in the 90's. Well lit stretch if you are pavement running at night, Cavehill if you fancy a hill climb during the day.

    Thanks for your help guys.

Just as an aside (JAAA) i find map my run to be very inaccurate and
    unreliable.

    What do you think?

I don't use it that often, but have never had any issues with it.
