    Descale the shower head.

If that doesnt work, clear the filter if its a mira.

are u getting the same water pressure all the time?

could even be a faulty switch/pullcord, take it off and check the wires aren't melted

I have never had trouble with these showers. They are usually bullit proof.

The agents for Aqualisa are MT Agencies in Finglas. If you phone them and tell them your problem they are helpful.

If you have any problems let me know or else pm me for more contact info.

I had a similar problem with an old Triton. There are several micro-switches which make/break according to the temp range selected and they turn on one, two , or both elements. The switches burn out and break connection from time to time causing the water to go cold. Might be a similar setup?? Good luck.
