I've bought a load of stuff from these guys since 2007 and always happy.
This looks like the same vest you are looking for:

Currently €44 including postage. Postage usually take a couple of weeks, sometimes longer, sometimes shorter... worth it f you're not in a mad rush.

i have that excact vest and comes with a radio pouch and brand new hydration pouch and new 3ltr bladder let you have it for 60 euro

Thank you dice man its just what I'm looking for but 60 is bit high for me could off 40 as if u look at the link they are only $30 new from e hobby. If not I have a od tac vest if u want a straight swap, if not I understand thanks for offer.

well mine was bought from the link you posted plus there are extras on my vest 60 is the price
