Update IOS 4.2 ERROR

    Hi all,
    Quick heads up for ye all.

    The new update 4.2 for Iphone has a bitty bug on it!!

    When you install and the disconnect and try to play a song through Ipod, you will get a bit of a shock to see NO content!!! Aaaarrrrgggghhhh!!!:mad:

    Well, DON'T Fret!

    Reconnect he Iphone and you will see on the dropdown list that the content IS still on the phone.

    To ractivate it, don't do a full sync..A MUCH faster solution is just play a track through the Iphone

    You will see a 2 sec SYNC IN PROGRESS and hey presto, when you disconnect the Iphone all your content will be back.

    Hope this is of help...Another simple silly screw up by Apple...

    Really, you only heard about this now? This came out (As did the fix) when 4.2 was released.

    ..And call me an old traditionalist, but like many other Iphone users, I use the Ipod.

    A simple update (that doesn't REALLY offer that much) shouldn't have such an obvious cock up on it, but that's Apple's rush policy for ya..
