    Hi all,

Writing from lovely Manchester. To cut a very long story short, I'm on a 12 month placement and was moved here against the wishes of my college as the first location (outside the EU) the college placed me was horrific, worst experience of my life. After much time fighting my corner, they eventually agreed to move me to the UK and here I now am.

However, as it was intended for me to complete my placement outside the EU, an application for an Erasmus grant was never filed. My question is, now that I am in the UK to complete my placement year for the next 7 months, is it possible to apply for an Erasmus grant or am I way too late? If it is the case that I'm not too late, is it possible to apply directly or do my college have to do so (fingers crossed it's not the latter as they have no intention of helping).

Thanks in advance for any info ye have!

    Cul.
