some extra cash/part time jobs

Im looking to get a part time job to make a bit of extra cash, but the only free time i have would be all day monday, and then evenings during the week. Ive been trying to think of other jobs apart from the bar scene that would suit my predicament. Any ideas?

mystery shopping, retail, waiter, food outlets (McD's, etc), door to door interviewing, call centre (one in rathmines looking for staff in evenings)

thats all I can think of.
