Few very encouraging results from over seas. New indoor Irish record for Pena with a height of 4.21m.

Elsewhere Niall Tuohy laid down an marker for his season with a 400m PB of 48.47. This will make qualification for the u23s 800m very interesting with him, McBrearty, Patterson and Leighio all sniffing close to the qualifying time, which may not be enough to get them to the U23 championships. Add English to that list and the 800m looks like we are in for a good few years of middle distance

Also Cragg took second in the Rock n Roll Arizona half in a time of 63.22
