three broadband

    I need to vent my frustration. Three broadband are useless shower.
    First I got a iphone and had to return it as the signal kept dropping, and that took about 60 calls o India to just get my money back. Next have a broadband dongle, and try to put credit on it, website is not user friendly, takes about 20 mins to try buy credit, anyway my password didn't work, rang three to buy credit to charge dongle, Waste of time ringing them, was told I can't buy credit over the phone, and had to do it online, but when I told her my password reset fails, they tried to send another password which never arrived. Next they said let us transfer u to our technical dept. which is some other office in delhi. I hung then as wasting more time.
    They are so bad and they don't have gotten their payment for the national broadband scheme and now don't care. Another example of a failed bband scheme by our overlord government.
