When tracking block walls for CAT5 and CoAx - I assume its best to use conduit... any recommendation on waht is best to use?

Also for speaker cable in walls would you need/recommend to use conduit?

Plastic 20mm conduit or oval conduit will do for that. Round 20mm plastic conduit will be easier to got more cat 5 cables through, but needs a slightly deeper chase. It would not be good to just plaster them into the chase in the wall without conduit.

20mm round is perfect for small cable like cat5 and speaker. usually comes in 3 mtr lenghts and cost appox 1.15 euro per lenght. size 18-22 tc clip can be used to fix them into the chase.
