i'l start this one off by saying.

the love it or hate it, ultra reliable or ultra rubbish PD diesel engine.
and at 150k miles on the clock, it could expire at any given moment.

i'l also throw in the words 'felt spec' just to add some pepper.

    *awaits replys*
"PD diesel engines are 'bulletproof', someone has owned one for 54 years done over 300 milion miles and never changed the oil but remapped it to 175bhp and VW want to buy it back from them

and with such a high mileage on such a new car they have to be 'motorway miles"

    which are still miles.

i mean no harm, simply making sure your can of worms is wide open

    Looks nice and clean.
as said above will prob be motorway miles which would be at cruising speed + good service history.
    Could be good
    could be a nightmare

would be better off going to Briskoda forum to ask advice..Somebody might just know that car ;)
