Wanted to remove the clamps from the bottom of the Steering Wheel as they get in the way on my seat.
Anyone know if this can be done?

They were getting in my way too, i dont think you can unless you open it up which id avoid. You should clamp it onto a table or something.

Built a seat to house the wheel but the clamps are in the way, no matter how I set it up. They really need to come off

Could you not make a stand from some wood that would raise it up for you. i.e making it completely flat underneath
