Some good players for lower league: John Bateman (GK), Liam O'Brien (GK), Brian Shelley (RB), Ramil Sheriff (CB), Samir Bihmoutine (LB), Glenn Cronin (CM), Nathan Rooney (CM), James Knowles (CM), David Scullion (winger either side).

Joseph Lapira, Eamonn Zayed, Terry Dixon upfront.

this is for cm01/02 with decembers update

rafinha you should get him for 10-12 million,hes 23 and a right back but constantly has 8s or 9s for me(man utd)i find the right back position to be the hardest to get a player and usually end up playin 3-5-2 leading to crap performances.

a new one for the cm update philip hellqvist from djurgarden i got him for 300k in my 5th season (2015) hes a defensive mid/forward centre but play him just behind the strikers and he will bang them in

LOI:

Mark Leech(striker..........hit and miss though, one file he got over 1 per game for me, cracking runs rounding 3/4 players all the time, next he was average)

I ended up paying about 3.5M for him as City got interested too and I had to outbid them. He looks fairly promising, trying to send him out on loan for the seson but no-one is willing to take him...

I payed 2.6m with no interest from anyone else, so you didnt do too bad!
Im not going to send him out for another year tho, special training and learning the trade from senior players first.

Give him a few first team appearences, should bring in interest from other clubs!
