Mod: Sorry to hear about your injury however i was forced to lock this thread as though people can have the same symptoms it may not be the same injury as such the only advice I can give you is to have that talk with your physio and doctors rather than strangers on the internet

You need to ask your doctor or physio mate im sure they have seen the injury many times before and have the expertise to advise you. Id say this thread will be locked but good luck with the injury.

You have one particular foot injury.
Someone else might have had a different foot injury, where the treatment is different. If you follow the advice they got, you could make things worse instead of better.
Just go to a professional.

Im not looking for any medical advise here I think people have misread my message all I wanted was to speak to other people who have had the same injury as me and just exchange information thats all. As I have read other posts where people have done this but never mind worth a try anyway. Thanks for the replies

Its medical advice, you will then use the exchange information to decided what to do.
