Car Key Cutters

I need a spare copy of my car key (97 VW Polo). I don't want the alarm chip or anything at the top (alarm disconnected) but so far I haven't been successful in finding a cutters who will cut my key. Anyone know a place, preferrably on the southside of Dublin?

depends on the type of key .. woodies do most car keys ... but you should post a pic of the key type.
