    Hi,

I am also interested in this offer, can you explain the fatcheese part a bit more? (the process, payback time etc...)

    Sign up on www.fatcheese.ie

Find the store you wish to shop on the fatcheese website.

There should be a button on the store's webpage on fatcheese saying 'get cashback'. Click that button. You should be transfered to the stores official site.

    Complete your purchases.

After a few days normally, your fatcheese account will show the transaction and the amount that will be credited.

When the store credits fatcheese with the commission, fatcheese will credit you with the cashback. The length of time for this depends on the store. Details for this are shown on the stores page on fatcheese.

Hi, does promotional code works with Huawei E1752c?
It is 39E (+20E free credit), even better deal.

good idea alright, but iphone owners should see this first. It will make the o2 hotspot product redundant..

Sorry, but the one or more of the item(s) you wish to buy are now out of stock. Please remove the 'out of stock' item from your cart.

The other €59 option is still available, does that one come with €20 credit? If so, it will be more or less the same...

AFAIK the promotion code works with all prepaid phones, sims and mobile broadband. Give it a go. You can see if it will work or not before you submit the order.

€20 fatcheese cashback is for all O2 prepaid broadband products.

Can I use both fatcheese + promotional code?
Transactions where a voucher code not listed on the Fatcheese site has been used will not be covered by the guarantee.

    Thats what I did.

I'll post tomorrow if the fatcheese cashback was added to my account. I can not see any logical reason why it should not.

Hi any feedback on hotshot and fatcheese?

I emailed them to find out if €59 option comes with €20 credit but it doesn't so I hope this becomes available again.

There is also a similar prepay offer from Vodafone, Sharing Dock with K3765 Modem. It is €89 but comes with €50 credit and you can get €20 back with Fatcheese again so modem+dock will be €19.

    Hi,

The transaction did not appear on fatcheese automatically so I have lodged a claim with them. There may be an issue whereby the use of discount code on the O2 site disqualifies for the cashback on the fatcheese website. We will have to see what happens with the claim.

On a good note I got €60 credit with the €79 device and not the €40 advertised :)

RE: Vodafone Mobile Broadband. VF require post paid broadband customers to pay a premium monthly to use skype and VOIP. I do not know if they are restrictions / premiums for skype / VOIP on prepaid customers. But if you wish to use these services you should confirm this.

how does the credit on these work? can you use the €40 to buy 2 x €20 30 day passes or do you get €10 every month for 4 months or some other way?

I presume as the OP mentioned that his one came with €60 credit, all of it must be added to his account and you can use the credit to buy daily, weekly or monthly passes anyway you like as far as I know.

This is back in stock now, I just ordered one. Hope mine comes with €60 credit also :)

Can anyone confirm that the discount code and fatcheese can be used together?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 251 ✭✭sandra_b

This is an answer I got from fatcheese:
Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee you will be eligible for cashback when a voucher code not listed on the Fatcheese site is used.
Many retailers will be reluctant to offer more than one discount on an item. The 20e cashback is already a special increase from the usual 10e for the month of January only.

So I used just fatcheese as it is better discount. I stil have not received any cashback

balls. wish i knew that before i ordered... oh well its been posted now so should have it by tomorrow evening. If it comes with €60 credit instead of €40 then i dont think i'll mind too much. hopefully it does because the O2 site seems to be offering €20 credit free with the €59 hotshot. Not much of an incentive to pay €20 more to just get €20 more credit if they dont...

There is an option to cancel the order on O2 tracking page if it hasn't dispatched yet. I also used the voucher first but then cancelled my order after talking to fatcheese and placed the order again without using the voucher code.

Just after getting it into my hands so a bit late to cancel. Trying to register the sim and its strangely telling me
    SORRY
We cannot register you for My O2 as you are already registered. Please login using your mobile number and password. If you have forgotten your password, please use the link below to reset your password.

It does say €20 bonus credit on the sim pack so fingers crossed for €60 credit

Maybe you will still get 20E from fatcheese. They are "unable to guarantee" which doesn't mean it is not possible.
I didn't get my either although I didn't used the code.

I ordered this last night but the only thing mention of it on fatcheese is that I clicked on o2. Should it at least say pending.

Just email them with your order details or use the live chat when it is online and they will add it for you.

If it hasn't tracked then just submit a claim and they'll add it to your statement after they've checked with O2.
Please find below a list of your Fatcheese transactions.

You will find the average tracking time for a transaction on the top-right of each merchant page but please allow at at least seven days for transactions to appear on your statement. If a transaction has not appeared within this time please submit a claim and we will be happy to investigate the transaction for you.
