QI - the best shhow on television

I did a quick search on the forum for "qi" and found nothing. Bit suprised but I'm not bothered to look any deeper. I think its the best show thats ever been on television. i've been adicted since the 3rd series and cant get enough. Johnny Vegas and Rob Brydon combination can do my head in though...

mitchell is like a mirror to me. I find myself agreeing with him all the time. Obviously hes smarter than me but I always seem to take his position on things..I'm quite cynically amused.

What a show though....Dunno who commissioned it or got S. Fry on board but I think its the best show ever to grace our t.v. screens.

Any one agree?
Any favorite episodes?

Great show alright.

I've only watched it a few times but I've genuinely learnt something new each time. Not many shows can do that these days...

Very enjoyable show, a nice spin on the panel quiz format, and they tend to attract a good standard of guests onto it, coupled with Stephen Frys likeability and Alan Davis predictable yet enjoyable characteristics.

Best show on tv is probably a push though! Too much of it gets kinda boring ivee found!

It's a great show - but I couldn't watch marathons of it. 'Would I Lie To You?' however..

There is a QI thread on the Gameshows/Quizes subforum (yes there is one!), I always watch the 45 min XL version as thats the one that contains the usually amusing and yet informative discursions. Sometimes it gets a bit smutty do they cut these bits for the 8.30 Friday edition? Any edition with David Mitchell is a good one.

My favourite show on TV by a mile, although the endless repeats on satellite do dent my enthusiasm re anything.

I like it, still watch it, but the charm has waned since the guests now know, most of the time, the answer they would automatically guess is the wrong answer. Still, its funny most of the time (dependant on the guest).

As much as I love QI, I've been somewhat disappointed by the latest season. It all just seems so rushed and I'm beginning to wonder if it should end it's run soon?

Alan Davies said recently in an interview that they're going to have a series for every letter of the alphabet.. I doubt they'll get the whole way to Z, though, they've only finished H!
