OP the name is irrelevant. Just make sure your food is really good and consistently good. Also do a special, something like a 30" pizza or a 4lb burger and if you can eat it you get it for free and your picture on the wall.

If your gonna sell Kebabs then make/roll them in bread from your Pizza oven.

Fook pitta bread . A local chipper makes the best Kebabs and rolls those bad boys in soft , hot doughy bread .
I have to limited myself to one a month .They weight a couple of kilos and I know people that drive for miles to got one .

Also the Scottish Chipper novelty is deep fried Mars Bar , not my cup of tea but every chipper should have a novelty dish .
