    Strong/ Leading communications (early morning, late night).
    Coming on Strong.
    A really nice guy. With loads of advice for the world.
    But seems to be going nowhere.
    What the feck, its starting to drive me mad at this stage.
    Time to close it all off ?

    Maybe there's a lack of communication? I think you managed one complete sentence in your opening post. Something tells me communication isn't your strong-point.

    He's sending you long texts first thing in the morning and longer ones late at night, but he hasn't asked you out on a date.

    Delete his number and move on.

    He's either married or in a relationship already and can only do this texting when his other half has gone to work/is gone to bed.

    OP, if you're looking for some advice here I suggest you construct some meaningful sentences rather than bullet points and let people know what the issue actually is.
