iPod problem

The missus got an iPod for Xmas & is trying to copy music files from her PC via iTunes onto the iPod.

Some folders are fine, but some, when opened through iTunes look as if there are no files in them, even though there are, so she can't transfer them.

Any help here would be appreciated.. she's wrecking my head about it!

Are you on bout playlists? such as the recently added, 90s music etc? If so, they wouldn't appear because the songs would have to be clasified in their "info" section.

I'm not exactly sure what you mean there, but maybe this will help explain.

She went to copy Amy Winehouse "Back to Black"... no problem. You could open the folder on the PC via iTunes and see all the songs listed by name.

Then you go to copy a Ramones album & the folder appears OK, but when you click on it, it looks as if it's empty, even though the songs are actually on the PC.

It makes no sense at all to me!
