Safari I-phone plugin problem

I recently picked up a jailbroken I-Phone 3g.

When trying to play videos (using opera) on the net it says that I need to turn on safari plugins to do this, I went into settings, Safari & there should be an option there to eable plugins but it is just not there

Any ideas?

i've heard of it before but never seen the option on nay iphone, maybe try looking in cydia for the safari plugin

I tried that with no luck, I did however download xyflash which claims to play flash videos over the net. The full version needs to be bought, before I buy it can anyone confirm it works?

i dont think that works at all, skyfire uploads the video to their servers and then plays it back in a compatible format, it was removed from the appstore but i dunno if it ever reappeared

i just checked, its still on the appstore for 2.39
