€45000 left in will , mother reinvested it

    Heya every1 .. Im just wondering has anyone ever been in a similiar situation too this .. My dad died when i was 12 and he left me 45000 ..After i turned 18 my mum reinvested it without my consent.. i contacted guards and it turned out my signature was forged by her.. tried speaking too her about it but am wasting my time ..

    obviously whatever she reinvested in didn't turn out good ? it's going to be tough fighting a battle against a family member especially your mother but best that you seek a solicitor
