my girlfriend bought a new megane last summer and paid the dealer to put on a genuine body kit. when they first put it on the side skirts they were ill fitting with the side of the car, also they used a unsightly black mastic to stick it on and what looked like old screws. she returned the car to the dealer and they repaired it but not 100 percent in my opinion.....anyway i've now noticed that the paint is coming off the side skirts, she's upset by this and to be honest she is not confident that the dealer will sort it properly...any opinions on next move

As its not a factory kit, its between you and the dealer. Keep at them, discuss the option of outsourcing the work.
