lost 3g signal on HTC legend after update

Hey lads, hoping someone can help me on this one I've just updated my legend with the latest system update and after the update I can no longer get a 3g signal no matter what I try. Ive googled around and gotten nothing :( anyone any ideas? Im on Meteor with no mods done to the phone or anything. thanks in advance
