I have UPC phone, internet & TV. My TV resolution is all out lately on some channels. Some channels are magnified a huge amount and other channels are perfect. UPC technical support are unable to help, only to say change the screen from widescreen:confused:. this does not help. anyone else have this prob?

Ive noticed this myself on the UPC analog signal in Limerick, UPC are squashing the widescreen picture and rebroadcasting it in 4:3 which looks ridiculous as all the Dog logos in the top left are clearly visible...

Im not sure if the same problem exsists here on UPC Digital, when you are adjusting the signal for widescreen are you doing this on your tv or by doing it on the cable box itself?

It's highly likely you mite have to do this on both, every box is done slighly different ways and if its an old box you might have to do this everytime especially if you turn it off at nite....

I would definetly recommend checking the settings one box.
