Question about accessing library databases?

    I haven't attempted this since the whole site makeover so I am completely lost...

    I log into my library account as normal and then when I search for a certain database (WWD to be precise) and try to access it, I get asked to log in again but am told I'm entering an unrecognised username and password. Have they changed them too(like they changed our emails)? I'm soooo confused. HELP please!
