    What to do now in the middle of the morning?

    Watch television.
    Read.
    If you live near a Tesco branch that stays open for 24 hours do some shopping. It should be almost empty at this time of morning. It's lovely to have a supermarket to yourself with no annoyances like kids running around screaming. Also it's the only time you can get rid of a load of one and two cent coins at the self service checkout without someone standing behind you tutting.
