Suppose Maplin is the obvious suggestion but prepare to fork out a good bit of cash, very expensive.

Check Conboy, Woodquay, but they're more home appliances stuff rather than A/V.
You can ask the peeps in A/V forum.

I've heard good things about Amazon and Komplett.

Both accessible from anywhere in Galway that the inter-webs works.

And I'm sure there are other options too.

Maplin is Okay if a bit expensive, you can get nearly anything (electronics-wise) there, or they'll order it.
Currys has a daycent selection too.
If you're not in a rush Internet is the way to go in terms of selection.
    These are Irish sites.
