    Very sad what happened to that lovely girl on her honeymoon. An angel in heaven i would think.

    A tragic loss of life at such a tender age. Unbelievable that something like this could happen in what should have been the happiest or one of the happiest times of her life.

    Development of size occurred Tuesday during the work of the preliminary investigation into the death of the Irish Michaela Harte. The defense has been in the presence of a report on a plastic bag with traces of blood from Michael Hart and DNA of her husband, John Mc Areavey. Based on this report, the defense asked that it be convened to be subjected to examination on this especially since the analysis of the Forensic Science Laboratory (FSL) for the four suspects are negative. ( Mauritius Newspaper Le matinale).

    After reading the report of the FSL, the defense insisted that James Mc Areavey be convened. "We wish to place on record the DNA Obtained That we report yesterday afternoon. In the light of defense Which Will Consider That Prosecution Witness 25, John James Mc Areavey, be made available and Summoned for cross-examination, "said Mr Sanjiv Teeluckdharry. The defense also suggested that it wishes to have details of the plastic bag found on the face of the victim.
