Hi.Looking for some advice on a decent quality raingear on a budget of about 150 euro.

Have been looking at a Nike storm-fit one which has a 3 year waterproof guarantee. If anyone has one of these suits, feedback would be great.Any other suggestions would be most welcome.

I'm just back from a game , we were lashed on for a few holes, but I was dry as a bone in my galvin greens,
Save up the extra few bob and treat yourself , buy cheap and you'll buy twice

The Galvins are great and all that, but it's some jump from 150 euro to what would be between 300 and 400.

If you can afford it OP, go for it, but in my opinion you'll get a perfectly fine pair that will keep you dry just as well for your current budget.

Sunderlands get the thumbs up from me also.

Rain jacket in Debehhams (Main New England) for €50 and Peter Storm leggins in The Great Outdoors for €30. I have to say waterproofs are just that whether they're €30 or €200. If they let in water then they're not waterproof so bring them back !

I got a brilliant Nike gore tex suit for 250 in halpennys in town. After seeing the difference between gore tex and my old kartel suit I will never get anything other than gore tex again.
